About the job French-Speaking Junior Telesales Representative
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic French-speaking Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to develop a rewarding career in sales. Previous telesales experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services.

Present and explain product benefits to customers and identify their specific needs.

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Manage customer accounts and update the CRM system with accurate information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.
