We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international service team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing a high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat

  • Identify customer needs and offer accurate solutions

  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps or product features

  • Maintain records and follow internal procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed

  • Ensure a positive service experience and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish (C1+) — mandatory

  • Good level of English for internal communication

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

  • Ability to work on-site in Porto

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Accepted Legal Status for On-Site Work in Portugal

Candidates must hold one of the following:

  • Valid Visa (under consultation/evaluation)
