German-Speaking Player Support Specialist, Gaming (Sofia)

Join a team in Sofia as a Player Support Specialist. In this on-site role, you will provide dedicated support to players, using your German and English to ensure a positive gaming experience.

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria, the capital, a vibrant city known for its rich history, cultural landmarks and a growing expat community

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Sunday, on shifts covering 24/7 operations
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus paid in two instalments, after three and six months, subject to continued employment. A fixed bonus is available to local candidates only

• Contract hours: Can be negotiated for local candidates
• Relocation: Relocation support provided, including a relocation bonus paid in two instalments to help with initial rent and moving costs, company-provided accommodation on arrival, and support finding long-term housing
