Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for junior professionals looking to start or grow their career in customer service while gaining experience in an international and dynamic work environment.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Norwegian (C2).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
