Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Sports E-Commerce & IT

Are you passionate about sports, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading sports e-commerce and IT project in Porto.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals looking to start or develop their career in customer support within a dynamic and international environment. You will support customers of a globally recognized sports retail and e-commerce platform, helping them with a variety of inquiries related to online orders, products, accounts, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related inquiries.
  • Offer guidance regarding products, promotions, and website navigation.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the e-commerce platform and mobile applications.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills (C2).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in sports, e-commerce, and technology.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto.
