Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.

Qualifications:
- Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
