Dutch Speaking Junior Business Developer Representative

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information through phone, email, and chat.

• Offer product and service details and assist with troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Foster customer satisfaction with friendly and professional communication.
• Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Native Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
• Experience in customer service/sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
