Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle for AI-driven web accessibility software

  • Develop, nurture, and close deals with high-value clients across sectors

  • Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs

  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including marketing, finance, and customer service

  • Work directly with a team of 5 sales colleagues and report to the team lead

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales (preferably SaaS and enterprise-level)

  • Native or fluent German (C2) – essential for client communication

  • Strong empathy, adaptability, and consultative selling skills

  • Persistence and a passion for delivering meaningful, solution-oriented value

  • A self-driven, hands-on attitude and enjoyment in working in a dynamic team

  • A university degree is a plus, but not required
