Your Responsibilities

Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle for AI-driven web accessibility software

Develop, nurture, and close deals with high-value clients across sectors

Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs

Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including marketing, finance, and customer service

Work directly with a team of 5 sales colleagues and report to the team lead
What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales (preferably SaaS and enterprise-level)

Native or fluent German (C2) β essential for client communication

Strong empathy, adaptability, and consultative selling skills

Persistence and a passion for delivering meaningful, solution-oriented value

A self-driven, hands-on attitude and enjoyment in working in a dynamic team

A university degree is a plus, but not required
