About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join a growing program supporting advanced AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong enterprise-level relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at consultative, relationship-driven B2B selling.
Duties & Responsibilities

Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement

Manage multiple high-value enterprise client relationships, with a focus on long-term partnership growth

Deeply understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service

Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business priorities and influence decision-making

Collaborate with sales and support teams to execute effective sales strategies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including pipeline and client interactions

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

Provide strong support throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and skills
Requirements

Native or fluent German, with C1-level English

Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are highly desirable

Proven success in outbound B2B sales, preferably within tech, SaaS, or enterprise environments

Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-level executives

Strong consultative communication skills, able to articulate value propositions to executive audiences
