Overview

We are looking for a motivated and tech-oriented French-Speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals who are interested in technology and customer support and wish to build a career in the IT sector.

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will provide first-line technical assistance to users, helping them resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems in French.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist users with account access, password resets, and system-related requests.
  • Log, monitor, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing platform.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when required.
  • Follow established support procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of French (C2).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong interest in technology and IT support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or IT is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto.
