French-Speaking Junior Telesales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven French-Speaking Telesales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, promoting products and services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships while contributing to the company's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales.
