About the job Hybrid Solution Specialist (Norwegian-speaking)
Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for Norwegian-speaking business clients regarding cloud products and solutions

Provide technical and solution-oriented support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and optimization of cloud technologies

Understand client needs and recommend suitable features, upgrades, and configurations
-
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams when needed
-
Maintain accurate customer documentation and records within CRM systems
-
Stay up-to-date with cloud product updates, features, and industry best practices
-
Support customer retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-ups
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)
-
Fluent English (B2+)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in cloud technology and digital transformation tools

Ability to assist and educate users with technical solutions

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
-
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus (not required)
