About the job Hybrid Solution Specialist (Norwegian-speaking)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for Norwegian-speaking business clients regarding cloud products and solutions

  • Provide technical and solution-oriented support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and optimization of cloud technologies

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable features, upgrades, and configurations

  • Troubleshoot technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams when needed

  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and records within CRM systems

  • Stay up-to-date with cloud product updates, features, and industry best practices

  • Support customer retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-ups

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)

  • Fluent English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in cloud technology and digital transformation tools

  • Ability to assist and educate users with technical solutions

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus (not required)
