Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and address common issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the beauty sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
