Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and address common issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product offerings.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- A passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to help customers.
