Qualifications:

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
