Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluent Czech and good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive attitude with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and rational decision-making.
- Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
