๐Ÿ•’ Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM
    (Rotational shifts, full-time position)

๐Ÿงฉ About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Provide information about products, services, and order status

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service

โœ… Requirements

  • Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)

  • Good level of English (for internal communication)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
