Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM โ 6:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM โ 7:30 PM
(Rotational shifts, full-time position)

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Provide information about products, services, and order status

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service

Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)

Good level of English (for internal communication)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Comfortable using computers and basic software tools

Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
