Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure quick and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex problems.
- Accurately record and update customer information in our system.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with strong communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
