Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
