About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in Dutch and English to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will engage with business clients, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth within the digital and technology sectors. Your expertise in business development and lead generation will be key to building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.

Present and promote digital advertising and tech solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure customer success.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (C1+).

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or digital advertising.

Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 4,242 BGN gross/month

Target Bonus: up to 2,000 BGN gross/month
