We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a finance operations team supporting an international healthcare and diabetes technology environment in Porto.

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys structured processes, accuracy, deadlines and working with financial data in a multinational setting.

What you will do

• Contribute to Accounts Payable and wider finance operations with a strong focus on accuracy, accounting principles and timely execution.
• Work with financial data and Excel-based analysis as part of day-to-day finance operations.
• Support reliable and well-controlled finance processes while meeting operational deadlines.
• Use or develop familiarity with ERP-based finance environments.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.
• Fluent English.
• Good MS Excel skills; formulas and PivotTables are particularly valuable.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is an advantage.

What you will receive

• Gross salary: €1,300 per month, paid over 14 months.
• Food allowance: €7.63 per working day.
• Hybrid working model in Porto.
• Monday-Friday schedule, 08:00-17:00, with weekends off.
• Exposure to an international finance operations environment in the healthcare technology sector.
