Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with questions regarding banking and insurance products, services, and account management.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Support customers with administrative requests and documentation-related questions.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and operational performance targets.
Requirements
- Native or fluent level of French (C2).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems.
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to work on-site in Porto.
