As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to banking and insurance products and services, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with questions regarding banking and insurance products, services, and account management.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Support customers with administrative requests and documentation-related questions.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and operational performance targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of French (C2).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto.
