📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00
📆 Days Off: 2 rotative days per week (1 full weekend off per month)
About the Role
Are you a French speaker with a passion for helping people? Join our international team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Representative. In this on-site role, you will assist users by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and/or chat

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints

Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements

Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for internal communication

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit

A positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
What We Offer
🍽️ Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a cost of €280/month (includes all utilities, deducted directly from the payslip)
