Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00
📆 Days Off: 2 rotative days per week (1 full weekend off per month)

About the Role

Are you a French speaker with a passion for helping people? Join our international team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Representative. In this on-site role, you will assist users by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints

  • Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for internal communication

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit

  • A positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills

What We Offer

🍽️ Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
🚌 Transport Allowance: Not provided

🏠 Relocation Support:

  • For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a cost of €280/month (includes all utilities, deducted directly from the payslip)

    • Reimbursement of airfare: Up to €400 (Economy class) after 6 months of employment

  • For candidates already in Portugal:

    • Relocation support provided only if currently living in competitor-provided accommodation
