About the job Turkish Advisors Support in Lisbon
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone) in both Turkish and English.
- Make outbound calls for email inquiries and when necessary for chat, ensuring timely and effective query resolution.
- Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Guide clients through product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
- Identify common trends and recurring problems that affect multiple SMB clients and provide solutions to address these challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Native Turkish speaker with a strong command of English (B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple channels of communication (chat, email, phone).
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage and resolve client queries.
- Proactive approach to identifying client needs and improving their experience with the platform.
