Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone) in both Turkish and English.
  • Make outbound calls for email inquiries and when necessary for chat, ensuring timely and effective query resolution.
  • Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
  • Guide clients through product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
  • Identify common trends and recurring problems that affect multiple SMB clients and provide solutions to address these challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Native Turkish speaker with a strong command of English (B2).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple channels of communication (chat, email, phone).
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage and resolve client queries.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client needs and improving their experience with the platform.
