Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a passion for customer service.
