Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
