Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and contact new and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
