Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to content inquiries through social media in Danish.
- Provide assistance with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
