Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to content inquiries through social media in Danish.
  • Provide assistance with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Native Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
