Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance content quality and user engagement.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to refine moderation processes and establish best practices.
- Stay informed about platform policies, industry trends, and community guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and contribute to performance reports.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- B2-level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically when evaluating content.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
- A strong commitment to creating a respectful and safe online environment for users.
