Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general customer issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required – we will provide full training.

  • Location: On-site in Athens, Greece.
  • Work schedule:
    • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Greek Time)
    • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Greek Time)
