Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Track account performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, account reviews, and reports to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
