Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Track account performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, account reviews, and reports to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
- Good command of English.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
