Join a fast-growing, well-funded B2B marketplace disrupting the construction materials industry across Europe. As an Account Executive, youโ€™ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle โ€“ from cold outreach to closing deals โ€“ with a focus on the DACH region. Youโ€™ll work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success to deliver top-tier client service.

Sales cycle: Days to weeks
Target regions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, and closing

  • Drive outbound efforts (including ~3 hours/day cold calling)

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success

  • Consistently exceed targets (with uncapped bonuses for top performers)

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent

  • Experience with B2B cold calling and outbound sales

  • Fluent German (C2) and strong English
