Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general customer issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver seamless support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required – we will provide full training.

- Location: On-site in Athens, Greece.
- Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Greek Time)
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Greek Time)
