About the job German Customer Support in Sofia (With Relocation Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general questions.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- B2 or above level of German speaker with strong written and verbal skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
