Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical concerns.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team for further resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
  • Record and document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required – open to entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off each week.
