Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No previous experience required – entry-level applicants are encouraged.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
