Key Responsibilities:

- Provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
