Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance to customers through voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, guiding them through solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Continuously update knowledge on products and services to provide accurate support.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts; 8 hours per day).
  • Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days per week).
