Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Assist with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Dutch (C2 level).
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome!
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
