Location: On-Site

Languages Required: Azerbaijani and English (B2 or higher)
Work Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Shift Coverage: Extended hours, up to midnight (00:00 am) due to time 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Azerbaijani-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Availability: Willing to work extended hours up to midnight.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive monthly salary (details discussed during the hiring process).
  • Transportation and Internet Allowance: 50 BGN net per month.

Relocation Support:

  • Relocation Brochure: Provided to help with the move and settle-in process.
  • Travel Expense Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months, upon providing travel documents.
  • Advance Salary Option: 1056 BGN net advance upon request, transferred within 5 business days.

Note: Should the contract end within the first 6 months, any remaining advance payment will be deducted from the final salary, and travel expense reimbursement will not be processed.

Hotel Accommodation (Relocation):

  • The company will arrange hotel accommodation for the employee's confirmed arrival date.
  • If the employee does not stay as planned and does not notify the hotel by noon on the day of booking, they will be responsible for that night’s cost.
