Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing support in German for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective solutions for customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer support experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

  • Location: On-site in Athens, Greece.
  • Work schedule:
    • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Greek Time)
    • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Greek Time)
