Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing support in German for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective solutions for customers.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Customer support experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

- Location: On-site in Athens, Greece.
- Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Greek Time)
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Greek Time)
