Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company procedures.
Requirements
- Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
