Position: Contact Centre Agent (Dutch + English)
Location: remote in Bulgaria

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and tools.
