About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative with experience in sales to join our client's team in a fully remote role (within Portugal). You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers and assisting with inquiries, product recommendations, and service-related issues, always aiming to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by addressing product and service questions

  • Apply your sales skills to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when needed

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and improve service

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French speaker (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in English for internal communication

  • Previous sales experience is mandatory

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and occasional extended hours

  • Must be based in Portugal, from Coimbra upwards

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
