Job Description: Customer Support Specialist (French + English)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist fluent in French and English to join our on-site team. You will support end consumers and CAT retailers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and assisting with spare parts identification and purchases. Experience with US customers is highly valued.
Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform.

Provide support to end consumers and CAT’s retailers regarding products and services.

Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through solutions.

Assist customers with spare parts search, availability checks, and order placement.

Update internal systems with accurate customer and case information.

Deliver excellent customer service and meet required KPI targets.
Requirements

French C1 and English C1 proficiency.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Must be available to work on-site; Hybrid option may be available after 6 months, depending on KPIs.
