About the job Hybrid Norwegian-speaking Junior Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities

Engage and interact with potential Norwegian-speaking business clients

Qualify leads and identify new opportunities within the customer lifecycle

Present cloud solutions and digital transformation benefits to prospects

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social outreach

Support clients during initial onboarding and product adoption

Work closely with account managers and technical teams to ensure customer success

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline activity

Provide market feedback and insights to support sales strategy
Requirements

Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)

Fluent English (B2+)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Interest in technology, digital tools, and cloud services

Ability to understand business needs and provide value-focused solutions

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
