Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat

Identify customer needs and offer accurate solutions

Guide users through troubleshooting steps or product features

Maintain records and follow internal procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed

Ensure a positive service experience and client satisfaction
Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (C1+) — mandatory

Good level of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Ability to work on-site in Porto

Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
Accepted Legal Status for On-Site Work in Portugal
