About the Role
We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking B2B Sales Engineer to join an international team and support business customers through consultative, solution-oriented sales. This role combines technical expertise and commercial acumen, requiring close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities

Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations, both in person and remotely (phone/video)

Provide technical expertise to support and achieve sales objectives

Prepare moderately complex technical proposals, documentation, and presentations to support sales activities

Demonstrate strong solution-selling skills with proactive, professional customer communication

Identify and analyze customer needs, developing intermediate-level strategies to meet those needs competitively

Advise and support customers and internal sales teams on technical aspects of products and services, aligned with customer goals

Develop and deliver technical trainings for customers and internal teams when required

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, proposing improvements to management

Ensure consistent follow-up on sales opportunities, leads, and customer inquiries

Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions

Manage competitive pressure and effectively handle objections to support customer retention

Work with multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships with decision-makers at all organizational levels
Requirements

Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) โ mandatory

Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical or engineering-driven environment

Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with solution selling and customer-centric sales approaches

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams

English proficiency required for internal communication
What We Offer

Gross Base Salary: 4,633 BGN per month
