Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative, providing high-quality support primarily via email and chat (90-95%), with occasional inbound phone assistance (5-10%). You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Training: 2 weeks of initial training followed by a 2-week nesting period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer support process.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Relocation Support:
    • Travel reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with travel documents)
    • Salary advance of 1056 BGN net available upon request
    • Hotel stay arranged upon arrival, with cancellation requirements
