As a Junior O2C Specialist, you will support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process across orders, billing, cash application, collections follow-up and reconciliations. It is an excellent opportunity to build practical O2C experience in an international environment.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and on time.
• Generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies.
• Perform daily cash application of customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Support simple customer queries and escalate more complex disputes when required.
• Assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer master data in the ERP system.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or Finance Operations; 2-5 years is considered a plus.
• Strong French, both spoken and written.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge; VLOOKUPs and PivotTables are particularly valuable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is a plus.
• Customer-service orientation, attention to detail and ability to multitask.

What you will receive

• Gross salary: €1,428.60 per month.
• Meal allowance: €167.86, paid over 11 months.
• Hybrid working model in Porto.
• Monday-Friday schedule, 09:00-18:00, with weekends off.
