About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist customers in Dutch, providing professional and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch, proficient in English, and comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via the available communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines when handling customer requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Work effectively as part of a multicultural and international team.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site in Porto.
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00.

Key Information

• Work Model: On-site
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, providing 24/7 coverage
• Days Off: 2 rotational days off
• Gross Salary: €1,100 gross/month, paid over 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: €150, paid over 11 months
• Location: Porto, Portugal

Relocation Package

Relocation support is available for candidates relocating from outside Portugal and includes:

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
• Further relocation details will be discussed during the interview.
• Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.
