About the job Norwegian-speaking Junior Account Manager
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a portfolio of hospitality clients in the Norwegian market

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery

Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and improve performance

Report performance results and provide feedback to stakeholders

Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM tools
Requirements

Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)

Fluent English (B2+)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer-service and relationship-building mindset

Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account support is a plus (not mandatory)
