Hybrid Dutch Speaking Renewal Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to Dutch-speaking clients on cloud products and digital transformation solutions

• Deliver consultative support via phone, email, and video calls

• Assist customers with product setup, optimization, and troubleshooting

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud services and upgrades

• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems

• Support onboarding and training activities for new customers

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1+)

• Fluent English (B2+)

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude

• Interest in cloud technology and digital solutions (previous experience is a plus but not required)

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically

• A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
